Weddings are often the culmination of a couple’s journey, and the start of their NEW journey together as man and wife. Consequently, the wedding reception is an event that will encompass the celebration aspect of this momentous occasion! Every couple is unique, however most couples have one thing in common…..they stress the importance of the food served at their reception. In fact, if you ask a guest of a wedding reception a general question about their thoughts on an event they just attended, a majority of the time the food will be the topic of conversation and the aspect that is typically scrutinized. One of our signature items that is a personal favorite would be our handcrafted canapés. A canapé is a small decorative appetizer that is easy to eat with your fingers and often eaten in one bite. We are constantly designing new combinations for our canapés, and we offer them as an assortment (so your guests will have a variety to sample). They can add elegance and topic of conversation to your wedding reception by offering them to your guests at a station or by butler passing them during the cocktail hour. To take it even one step further, we also offer the option to assist couples put together an elite custom menu just for their big day if they do not find something they prefer in our menus.
