1) Facility tours as needed – we are always conscious of the fact that it can often times be difficult to stop at a venue for a tour during the week / regular work hours. It is our pleasure to make accommodations and work around your schedule, to do a walk through after 5:00 pm or on a weekend in order to make it work for you!
2) Complimentary Tastings – we offer one (1) complimentary taste test to all of our brides/grooms after a contract has been signed. This is a huge advantage because you will be much more confident in your food selection, and have a chance to try a few items prior to menu confirmations.
3) Experienced & enthusiastic staff – I am the exclusive Wedding Sales Manager here at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. With my 8 years of experience in the Sales/Catering industry (including experience in the Las Vegas market), and passion for the hospitality industry, I am always thrilled at the opportunity to sit down and assist you in putting together unique ideas that will accomplish your dream wedding reception! Our professional and talented culinary team is unmatched in the Sioux Empire and equipped to put together a custom menu especially for you….including one of a kind ice sculptures!
4) Dedicated On-Site Event Managers – you will ALWAYS have a professional contact here, to assist with everything from event details/planning, through the execution of the event. We will go above and beyond to coordinate every detail for you, to ensure the planning of the event and more importantly “day of event” run as planned and are stress free!
